We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content is general information and may change. Service availability depends on location, property type, access and appointment capacity. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from errors.
Assessment offer
The advertised £49.95 price includes VAT and relates to the stated assessment scope for an eligible home or small-business premises within our standard Berkshire service area. Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed booking and does not take payment. We will confirm eligibility, scope, timing and any exceptional travel charge before an appointment is agreed.
Further work
Equipment, cabling, installation and advanced diagnostic or remedial work are not included in the assessment price. Any optional further work will be discussed and quoted separately. The assessment does not guarantee a particular wireless speed or outcome because performance can depend on broadband service, property conditions, equipment and third-party networks.
Acceptable use
